Follow these steps to obtain a work permit:
- Step 1-- visit http://www.dol.state.ga.us/em/online_work_permit.htm
- Step 2--Click Minor
- Step 3--Complete with your parents (please ensure all your data is correct)
- Step 4--"PRINT" the form and take to your employer for them to complete
- Step 5--Return that completed form to Mrs. Kidd-Andrews so a work permit can be issued
